Here we decided to leave the world of drawing and began to think about how to make our product more intuitive to the user. We learned about mental models and the importance of this method. We learned lessons from the prototype of the console, children thought was a TV remote control or a product related to the video games world, and we faced with the power of mental models. So we decided to look for a product from the world of music that children can easily understand. After brainstorming we thought about the DJ world.

Our solution is very similar to the DJ world. DJ edits songs and also manipulates voices in a similar way to our product. So we assume the children will understand what the product is doing very quickly. We consult whether to add a microphone to the product, but in the end we decided not to. The reason is because one of our design principles is "to encourage parent-child interaction". And we were afraid that children would play with the game alone without the parent. One of the characteristics of children of these ages (3-5) is "ughcantric thinking". In other words, they constantly think they are in the center of the world, and have not yet developed empathy for other people. We were afraid that a microphone would encourage them to play alone.

The design process was very enjoyable, and next week we will perform usability testing for the new prototype. We are very excited!
